1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member," "Player," or "User") and sd777 ("sd777," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the sd777 online gaming platform accessible at sd777.club and all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and services (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing any portion of the Platform, making a deposit, or placing any wager on sd777, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

sd777 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2 Eligibility Requirements

Use of the sd777 Platform is restricted to persons who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• Age: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This minimum age requirement is mandated by Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations applicable to all licensed online gaming operators in the Philippines. sd777 strictly enforces this requirement and will terminate any account found to be held by an individual below the age of 21.
• Jurisdiction: You must be physically located in the Republic of the Philippines or in a jurisdiction where accessing the sd777 Platform is not prohibited by applicable law. It is your responsibility to determine whether online gaming is legal in your jurisdiction of residence or physical location at the time of play.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of the Philippines. Minors, persons under legal guardianship, and persons declared legally incapacitated are not eligible to register or use the Platform.
• Single account: You may not hold more than one (1) sd777 account. Any individual found to have registered multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — will have all accounts permanently suspended, and all associated balances may be forfeited.
• Exclusion status: You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order through sd777's Responsible Gaming tools or through any PAGCOR-administered exclusion registry. Registering or playing while excluded is a violation of these Terms.

sd777 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate any account where eligibility cannot be confirmed. Submission of false or misleading eligibility information is a material breach of these Terms.

3 Account Registration & Rules

To access the full features of the sd777 Platform, including the ability to deposit funds and place wagers, you must register a member account ("Account"). During registration you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address.

You are strictly prohibited from providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent time when updating your account profile. sd777 may at any time request documentary evidence to verify the information you have provided, including but not limited to government-issued identification (UMID, Philippine passport, driver's license, or PhilSys National ID), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your Account credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any one-time passwords (OTP) with any third party. sd777 personnel will never request your password. Any activity conducted through your Account — including wagers placed — will be deemed to have been authorized by you unless you have previously notified sd777 of a security breach. sd777 shall not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access to your Account where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.

sd777 may, at its sole discretion, suspend or terminate any account that exhibits signs of suspicious activity, potential fraud, multi-accounting, or any other breach of these Terms, with or without prior notice.

4 Deposits & Payment Methods

sd777 accepts deposits via the following approved payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI), Banco de Oro (BDO), and Metrobank. The minimum deposit amount is Philippine Peso (₱) twenty (₱20). sd777 does not accept deposits from third-party sources — all deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name and matching your verified KYC identity.

Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are processed instantly and credited to your sd777 wallet in real time. Bank transfers are typically credited within one (1) to three (3) business hours, subject to the processing schedule of the originating bank. sd777 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking institutions, or telecommunications providers.

All funds held in your sd777 wallet are denominated in Philippine Pesos. sd777 does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion fees imposed by your payment provider are your sole responsibility.

5 Withdrawals

Verified members of sd777 may request withdrawal of their available wallet balance at any time, subject to the following conditions and processing timelines. Withdrawal requests must be submitted through the Wallet section of your account dashboard and can only be directed to a payment account registered in your own verified name — third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

• Minimum withdrawal: ₱100 per transaction.
• GCash and PayMaya withdrawals: Typically processed within five (5) to thirty (30) minutes of approval during normal operating hours.
• Bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank): Processed within one (1) to three (3) business days.
• Withdrawal fees: sd777 does not charge withdrawal fees on standard GCash transactions. Fees applicable to bank transfers, if any, will be disclosed prior to confirmation.
• KYC requirement: Completion of KYC identity verification is mandatory before your first withdrawal is processed. Subsequent withdrawals will be processed without additional verification requirements unless triggered by sd777's AML monitoring systems.

sd777 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending investigation where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, multi-accounting, or any breach of these Terms. In cases where fraud is confirmed, sd777 may forfeit the relevant balance and report the matter to PAGCOR and applicable Philippine law enforcement authorities.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

sd777 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible members from time to time, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bingo tickets, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms applicable to each offer, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, expiry dates, and maximum conversion caps.

General bonus conditions applicable to all sd777 promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonus credits are held separately from real-money balance and cannot be withdrawn directly. Only winnings derived from bonus wagering — subject to completed wagering requirements — are eligible for withdrawal.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated validity period. Expired bonus credits are forfeited automatically.
• Only one welcome bonus per individual, per household, per payment method, and per IP address is permitted.
• sd777 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time. Where a change materially affects an active bonus, reasonable notice will be provided where possible.
• Any attempt to abuse bonuses — including but not limited to low-risk wagering strategies designed to exploit wagering requirements, coordinated play across multiple accounts, or use of prohibited game types — constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any derived winnings.

7 Gameplay Rules & Fairness

All games available on the sd777 Platform — including bingo, slot games, live dealer casino games, sports betting markets, and e-sabong — operate in accordance with their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these general Terms, these Terms shall prevail unless the individual game rules expressly state otherwise.

All sd777 digital games (slots, RNG bingo, arcade) use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology independently verified by accredited testing laboratories. Stated Return to Player (RTP) percentages reflect mathematically certified long-term averages over statistically significant sample sizes and do not guarantee results in any individual session. Live dealer games are conducted at physical tables under video surveillance and are subject to the same PAGCOR oversight as land-based casino operations.

In the event of a technical malfunction, server error, connectivity disruption, or any other system failure that affects the outcome of a game, sd777 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the player's account. sd777 is not liable for any losses resulting from technical failures beyond its reasonable control. All disputed game outcomes must be reported to support within seventy-two (72) hours of the event.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the sd777 Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms, entitling sd777 to immediately suspend or terminate your Account and forfeit any associated balance:

• Registering or using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age or are subject to any self-exclusion order.
• Registering more than one Account or using any Account on behalf of another person.
• Using bots, automated software, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human means to access or interact with the Platform.
• Attempting to exploit software errors, game vulnerabilities, or mathematical edge cases in any game in a manner not intended by the game's design.
• Using fraudulent payment instruments, stolen financial credentials, or funds derived from unlawful activity to fund your Account.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring, or any other financial conduct prohibited by Philippine anti-money laundering law.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing sd777 staff or other members through the platform's communication channels.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Platform or any other user's account.
• Colluding with other players in any multiplayer game format to gain an unfair advantage.

sd777 cooperates fully with PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), and relevant Philippine law enforcement agencies. Information about suspected unlawful activity will be reported without prior notice to the account holder.

9 Responsible Gaming

sd777 is committed to providing a safe gaming environment and recognizes that a minority of players may experience difficulties in controlling their gaming activity. In compliance with PAGCOR responsible gaming requirements, sd777 provides the following tools to all members free of charge:

• Deposit limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps configurable from Account Settings. Limits take effect immediately upon setting and can only be decreased (not increased) during the active restriction period.
• Session time reminders: Configurable notifications reminding you of the duration of your current gaming session.
• Cooling-off periods: Temporary account access suspension for a defined period (24 hours to 90 days) during which no deposits or wagers are possible.
• Self-exclusion: Permanent or long-term account closure available to any member who wishes to stop gambling. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

Members who believe they may have a gambling problem are strongly encouraged to seek help. You may also set a self-exclusion directly through your Account Settings without contacting support.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the sd777 Platform — including but not limited to software, game code, graphics, logos, text, images, audio, video, user interface design, and all associated intellectual property — is the exclusive property of sd777 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of sd777.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, sd777's total liability to any member for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that member in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

sd777 shall not be liable — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or costs of procurement of substitute services, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if sd777 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

sd777 makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform at your own risk. These limitations do not apply to liability for death or personal injury caused by sd777's gross negligence, or to any liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

12 Account Termination

Either party may terminate the member's Account at any time. You may close your Account by contacting sd777 support or using the self-exclusion option in Account Settings. sd777 may suspend or permanently terminate your Account at any time where it has reasonable grounds to believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal conduct, or where continued account operation would expose sd777 to regulatory risk.

Upon termination of your Account for any reason, any verified real-money balance remaining in your wallet (net of any bonus funds subject to outstanding wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method within a reasonable timeframe, unless the termination is a result of fraud, AML concerns, or other conduct that entitles sd777 to withhold funds pending investigation.

Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including but not limited to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law provisions — shall survive the termination of your Account and these Terms.

13 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and all disputes arising out of or in connection with your use of the sd777 Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

sd777 operates under the regulatory framework administered by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR), which is the primary gaming regulatory authority in the Philippines. You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through sd777's internal dispute resolution process.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, Members are encouraged to contact sd777 support to seek resolution through sd777's internal escalation process. The majority of player concerns are resolved satisfactorily through direct communication with the sd777 support team.

14 Amendments to These Terms

sd777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Where changes are material, sd777 will use reasonable efforts to notify registered members via email to their registered address or via an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect. Non-material changes may take effect immediately upon posting to the Platform.

Your continued use of the sd777 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Section 12 of these Terms.
